Exceptional

The location is perfect, it is walking distant from lots of restaurant and shopping. it is not in the crowded road. the staff is really nice, recommend me to nice authentic jeju restaurant nearby hotel, really helpful and quick response. They help to call taxi to bring me to airport and it came in 5-6mins. Room is big, the floor is warm, they have this nice dry cleaning machine in the room, bed is comfy.

Excellent place to stay

The property was well organized and had clean bedrooms. The free valet parking was good. It had a really good breakfast selection.

Nothing really. The only thing is that for a group of 3 the room was a bit small with the luggage

Wonderful

I would definitely choose this hotel if I’m ever back in Jeju city. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The bedroom was very comfortable - bed, pillows, size of the room. Location was central in Jeju city.

Good stay overall

There was a Styler (box that allows you to sanitise your clothes) in the room - very cool. Staff were very hospitable in allowing me to use the business room for a couple of hours for my work zoom meeting as we arrived early and the room was not available yet for check in.

Lights in the room were somewhat erratic (goes on and off now and then). Breakfast selection was rather limited and they did not refill some of the food.

Best stay during my south korea trip

The customer service is the best out here. Miss Helen and Mr Park se ho provided the best service. They always had a smile on their face, and answered every question with patience. Best experience during my trip was in this hotel.

Excellent staff service

Excellent staff, big rooms. Convenient location.

Mouldy smell in the toilet. Centralised aircon that's too warm. Have to open windows. Free airport pick up was not mentioned.

Great hotel to stay in Jeju city!

The location is superb, with many restaurants and shops all in the vicinity. Housekeeping is done thoroughly. We especially like the LG steam stylus in the room. After being in Jeju for 5 days, it really helps being able to steam and disinfect our clothing. But the most important factor of all, the hotel staff! Everyone was able to converse in English and helped us with taxi booking and getting around. Special mention to Helen, whose service was impeccable and definitely someone whom the hotel has to keep! She always has a smile on her and ever so ready to serve the guests. Thank you Helen!

Might be abit dated looking, but that is just my own preference. Also, the breakfast selection could be slightly better.

Fantastic hotel with friendly staff in a great location in Jeju. Highly recommended.

Stayed at Hotel Leo with 2 friends in a triple share. It was a really fantastic experience - excellent and helpful staff, clean room and bathroom, lots of power points (particularly for 3 ppl) and very comfortable beds!!! The room also had an in-room clothes steamer/deoderiser which was really useful. The hotel is very close to central shopping and food areas. And I have to mention the excellent roof top bar. Overall fantastic stay and would definitely stay there again!

The only minor issue was some minor peeling from the material on the bedheads

First experience in South Korea - Solo female Traveller

It was my first time (& also a Solo female traveller) in South Korea and the lady front desk receptionist was really helpful, friendly and fluent in English. It was the first time that I experienced such personal interaction service from a hotel staff that i thought it was a standard in South Korea for such warm welcoming service. I booked a double bed and the room was spacious with plenty of sunlight coming into the room, which was really nice. The hotel is near a bus stop, about 5mins walking distance, and the buses brings you to majority of the tourist attractions. As the hotel is close to the Jeju Airport, the airport bus also stops near the hotel which is super convenient if you do not want to hail a cab. Since I do not have a driving license to go around the island, I like that it is so convenient to take buses while staying in Hotel Leo. The breakfast dinning area was kind of small, so if there are alot of guests at the breakfast area, it will be tough to actually get a seat and have a meal. But I choose to take up their breakfast as there are both western and korean food, and I wanted to get a taste of authentic korean food. I would choose to come back to stay here in Hotel Leo if I visit Jeju Island again! Thank you for the great first experience in South Korea.

Beautiful hotel with lovely art

Super comfortable

The staff were really friendly and let us drop our bags early when we arrived before check in. It was easy to find and the room was really comfortable and clean. They gave us a voucher for a free beer at the rooftop bar which was a nice touch. It’s also really close to the airport so it was only a short taxi journey away.

Excellent location for early flight

Excellent location, ten mins drive to airport. Food, choices nearby ranging from Korean bbq, seafood, bakeries and burgers. 15 minutes walk to a big Emart store. Helpful staff who can speak English, Mandarin.

TV signal not very consistent, though not important as hardly needed.
